Chiara Milanese

Chiara Milanese is an associate professor in the Chemistry Department at Pavia University, where she is the Scientific Coordinator of the Pavia Hydrogen Laboratory. Her main research activities regard the preparation and characterization of innovative materials for solid-state hydrogen storage and energy storage, particularly C-based materials derived from agrifood waste and high-entropy metallic hydrides, and general topics linked to circular economy. She is an Italian expert for IEA Hydrogen Implementing Agreement Task 40 and a member of the International Hydrogen Carrier Alliance. She can be reached by email at chiara.milanese@unipv.it.
