Sabrina Sartori

Sabrina Sartori is a professor of physics at the University of Oslo, Norway, where she also leads the Renewable Energy Systems master program. She received a PhD degree in materials science and engineering from the University of Bologna in 2003 and was appointed at the University of Oslo in 2013. Her research currently focuses on energy storage materials and hydrogen-based systems for the integration of renewable energy sources in stationary applications. Fundamental research is devoted to the synthesis and characterization of materials for hydrogen storage and batteries. Sartori is an expert member of IEA Hydrogen Implementing Agreement Task 40, and she was the 2023 MRS president. She can be reached by email at sabrina.sartori@its.uio.no.
