CC15.01 - Phonon Spectrum and Abnormal Electronic Conductivity of Layered Thermal-Electric Material BiCuSeO

Description

The electronic and phonon properties are investigated for thermal electric material BiCuSeO. The soft mode in the phonon spectrum is studied, which contributes to the intrinsic low thermal conductivity of this layered material. By searching the zero-soft-mode structure and analyzing the electronic behavior of it, connection between the lattice vibration and the dielectric properties is build, which gives the explanation of the abnormal behavior of the history sensitive electronic conductivity.
