Ivana Aguiar

Ivana Aguiar is an Associate Professor from Universidad de la República, Facultad de Química, Uruguay, where she also obtained her PhD in Chemistry. She is a member of Focus on Sustainability Subcommittee from MRS since 2016. She has organized a variety of symposia related to sustainability, nanotechnology and education in the MRS Conferences, and in the Brazilian MRS, among others. She is also responsible for different courses related to materials science and nanotechnogy in her institution, and has developed a large number of outreach activities.
