Brittany Taylor

Brittany Taylor is a Biomedical Engineering doctoral student at Rutgers University. She received her Bachelors of Science in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Virginia. Brittany's research focus is on the development of a pre-vascularized osteoinductive load-bearing scaffold for bone tissue regeneration. Brittany is an author on five research articles, two book chapters, and a patent. Brittany is also a NIH Biotechnology Training Fellow and a NSF Graduate STEM Fellow for K-12 Education in 2013-2014. She has a passion for mentoring and promoting STEM to diverse populations and was a 2014 Federal American Societies For Experimental Biology travel award recipient to attend national science and teaching conferences.
