PhD 2014; University of Puerto Rico (UPR):Dr. M. Sajjad is working as NSF postdoc research fellow in the Institute of Functional Nanomaterials at UPR. His research is focused to explore electronic and opto-electronic properties of hetrostructures graphene and atomic layer boron nitride nanosheets.Heacquired a first-hand experience in the controlled synthesis of graphene on boron nitride nanosheets.
