Chenglong Zhao

Dr. Chenglong Zhao received his Ph.D. from the Peking University (Beijing, China) in 2011; After obtaining his Ph.D, he worked in the Pennsylvania State University as a postdoctoral fellow for one year. He then joined the National Institute of Standards and Technology as a guest researcher since July 2012. Dr. Zhao's research interests include Nanophotonics, Plasmonics, Metamaterials,Plasmofluidics, Biophotonics, and Optical Trapping. He has authored and co-authored 20 journal papers including Nature Communications, Nano Letters, ACS Nano, Nanoscale and Lab on a Chip, etc. He is a member of Sigma Xi and OSA and currently serves as a reviewer for many scientific journals includingThe Journal of Physical Chemistry Letters, Optics Letters, Energy & Environmental Science, Applied Optics, IEEE Photonics Technology Letters, IEEE Photonic Journal, Photonic Research, Nanoscale Research Letters, etc.
