Syed Mukulika Dinara is a senior research scholar under the supervision of Prof. Dhrubes Biswas at Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. Her working area is on compound semiconductor heterostructure devices especially non-volatile memory device. She received her M.Sc degree in Electronics from Vidyasagar University in 2009 with 1st class 1st Position(Gold medalist). After that she received her M.Tech. degree in Nano Science & Technology in 2011 at Jadavpur University with 1st class. The research interests include the ideation, analysis and growth of a novel barrier AlGaN/GaN heterostructure in MBE.
