Zewen Xiao was born in 1987 in Chenzhou, China. He earned his bachelor's and master'sdegrees from Xiaan Jiaotong University in 2010 and 2012, respectively. He is currently a third-year Ph.D. student under the supervision of Prof. Toshio Kamiya and Prof. Hideo Hosono in Department of Innovative and Engineered Materials, Tokyo Institute of Technology. He will earn his Ph.D degree in September 2015 and continue his academic career.
