I received bacheloras degree and Masteras degree from the University of Electro-Communications, Tokyo, Japan in 2011 and 2013, respectively. I'm currently a second-year Ph. D student majoring in electronic engineering at the University of Electro-Communications. My current research interests include InGaP/GaAs heterojunction phototransistor. For a potential application of the InGaP/GaAs phototransistors in space, I will irradiate the phototransistors with high-energy electrons at the Japan Atomic Energy Agency and characterize their degradation.
