Dpt. Fisica de Materiales, Facultad de CC. Fisicas, Universidad Complutense de Madrid

Dr. Ana Cremades is Associate Professor in Materials Science at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid. She was Visiting Researcher at the Walter Schottky Institute (Technische Universität München, Germany) working on gallium nitride and related materials and before she completed several stays at Siemens A.G (Munich, Germany) and at the Aveiro University (Portugal) focused on diamond. Her actual research interests include the synthesis and doping of 1-dimensional semiconductor nano- and microstructures of transparent conductive oxides, as well as the physical properties of semiconductor nanostructures in particular optical, electronic, defect related and surface properties.
