Jeffrey Meth

Technical Fellow, DuPont

Dr. Meth received his BS in Chemistry from MIT in 1984, and his PhD in Chemical Physics from Stanford in 1989. After graduating, he joined DuPont in Wilmington, DE, where he has worked on the physical properties of coatings for nearly 30 years. Jeff has worked on a variety of coating problems and applications: linear and nonlinear optical properties of conjugated materials; printed electronics, including thin film transistors and color filters; thermal transport in composite materials and thermal interface materials; adhesion of coatings; materials for OLED displays; and nanocomposites. He is currently a Technical Fellow in the Electronics & Imaging business, where he works in the Emerging Technologies division on new materials for displays, flexible hybrid electronics, and sensing.
