Michael Zachman

Michael Zachman is a postdoctoral research associate in the Center for Nanophase Materials Sciences at Oak Ridge National Laboratory. He received his PhD in Applied Physics from Cornell University in 2018, where he focused on developing cryo-FIB and analytical cryo-STEM techniques for studying intact solid-liquid interfaces at high resolution. His current research involves advancing multi-dimensional STEM and monochromated EELS techniques for understanding processes at interfaces in solid-state batteries.
