Xinwei Wang

Xinwei Wang is currently an Associate Professor at School of Advanced Materials, Shenzhen Graduate School, Peking University, China. He received his Bachelor degree in Physics from Peking University in 2008, and his Ph.D. degree in Chemical Physics from Harvard University in 2012. After a short period of postdoctoral research at Harvard University, he joined the faculty of Peking University in 2013. His research has been mainly focused on ALD for thin film materials, with the emphasis on the development of new ALD processes and their applications for energy and microelectronic devices.
