Tzung-Fang Guo

Professor Tzung-Fang Guo received his Ph.D. degree in Materials Science and Engineering from University of California Los Angeles in 2002. He became the faculty at Department of Photonics, National Cheng Kung University, Taiwan in 2003 and served as Department Chair from 2012 to 2018. His research focuses on high-performance O/PLEDs, polymer PVs, n-type pentacene OTFTs, and the magnetic field effect of organic electronic devices. He developed the perovskite-based hybrid solar cells of p-i-n device configuration and applied p-type nickel oxide electrode interlayer in fabricating efficient perovskite photovoltaics and LEDs.
