Hui Jae Yoo

Hui Jae Yoo is a semiconductor process technologist working on integration of novel materials for power/performance/scaling of next-generation logic/memory devices. He has been involved in multiple generations of technology transfer from early research into pathfinding. He is with Components Research at Intel Corp and obtained his degrees in electrical engineering from Caltech.
