Simranjit Grewal

Simranjit Grewal is a recent graduate of the University of California, Merced earning her Ph.D. in Materials and Biomaterials Science and Engineering. Her research included the interfacial interactions within energy conversion devices for both space exploration and commercial use. She has received the NASA Harriet G. Jenkins Graduate Fellowship and NASA sponsorships to attend two International Astronautical Congress Conferences and U.N based conference Space Generation Congress. She has also facilitated numerous workshops at the Materials Research Society conferences, promoting the use of national laboratory user facilities. She received her B.S in Physics and Biological Sciences and a B.A in Economics (Topic focus on Energy & Renewable Technologies) from Stanislaus State in California.
