Xiaoyang Shi

Xiaoyang Shi received his PhD in Earth and environmental engineering from Columbia University in 2017, working with Klaus S. Lackner on studies on the mechanism of humidity-swing COsorbents. 

Currently, he is working as a postdoctoral scholar at the Center for Advanced Materials for Energy and Environment at Columbia University. His research focuses on the synthesis of materials for CO2 capture from ambient air and modeling of ion hydration reactions.
