Jian Lin

Dr. Jian Lin is the William R. Kimel Associate Professor of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering at the University of Missouri. He received his PhD in mechanical engineering in 2011 from the University of California at Riverside under supervision of Drs. Cengiz Ozkan and Mihri Ozkan. He worked as a postdoctoral fellow with Dr. James M. Tour at Rice University. His current research interests include artificial intelligence for materials development, laser processing, smart polymeric materials, and 3D/4D printing.
